        統(tǒng)寶光電將于SID 2007 發(fā)表9篇技術(shù)論文

          統(tǒng)寶光電于5月20至25日參加在美國加州長島(Long Beach)所舉行的Society for Information Display 2007。今年,統(tǒng)寶光電在技術(shù)論文發(fā)表的成果豐碩,于技術(shù)長(CTO)大島弘之(Hiroyuki Ohshima)的領(lǐng)軍之下,共有9篇論文為SID所青睞,這也表示統(tǒng)寶光電在中小尺寸面板的技術(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,獲得肯定。
         
          去年(2006年),統(tǒng)寶光電首次參加SID的盛會,這也是合并飛利浦行動顯示器系統(tǒng)事業(yè)部(Philips Mobile Displays System)第一次以TPO之名參與該會,且獲得相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)以及媒體的高度注目。今年,統(tǒng)寶光電將焦點(diǎn)鎖定在技術(shù)論文的發(fā)表上且成果豐碩,共有9篇論文分別以口頭形式或以海報(bào)方式發(fā)表,其中有兩篇為受邀發(fā)表的論文。
         
          此9篇的論文以LTPS (Low Temperature Polycrystalline Silicon) TFT技術(shù)為主軸,內(nèi)容涵括廣視角解決方案、電路整合技術(shù)、整合組件、行動顯示器的背光解決方案、OLED,以及車用顯示器解決方案等。
