Job Description
Job Title: Precision OSC Launch & Design Engineer
( 晶振產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)工程師)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the direction of the Precision Oscillator Launch/ DE Manager
2. Responsible for the smooth implementation of New Products into the factory an
d design spins of existing product platforms.
3. Assure proper evaluation of all processes, including test and rework, for new
products, and identify and resolve associated quality, reliability, yield and c
ost problems.
4. Reports to BLM DE but interfaces with other functions, (manufacturing, qualit
y, suppliers, etc) to drive manufacturability of products prior to launch.
5. Provides direct support to manufacturing facilities in training, problem solv
ing, equipment installation and set-up, new process technology development, trou
bleshooting and root cause analysis.
6. Optimize manufacturability of the design prior to launch, and support the fac
tory in troubleshooting quality and reliability issues on existing products.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science Degree or above in Engineering.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
3. At least 3 years working experience in oscillator design and process/manufact
uring engineering.
4. Expected Knowledge/experience includes Statistics, DOE, Crystal theory and ma
nufacturing process experience.
